Accounts Payable Specialist - Seattle, WA (Corporate Office)



Leisure Care’s Corporate Office, located in downtown Seattle, is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who shares our vision of Five Star Fun to join the Accounts Payable Team. In this position you are responsible for processing corporate and community accounts payable to ensure invoices are property supported, approved, coded, and entered. Other responsibilities will include:


  • Responding to vendor inquiries regarding payment of invoices
  • Reviewing and processing Avid research queues and communicating any issues to bookkeepers
  • Printing and mailing daily MRI check runs and processing daily Avid check runs in accordance with the corporate and community check run schedule


At least three years of previous experience in a similar role is preferred. College courses in accounting recommended or equivalent education/experience. Exposure to MRI and Avid software is a plus.


This position requires strong analytical skills, a commitment to customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work as a team player within the accounting team.
