We are currently seeking a Director of Assisted Living to join our team!
This nursing management position is responsible for the personal care services provided by the community staff to residents, the health assessment and services planning for all the community’s residents (in AL apartments), and care coordination for residents’ health needs from vendors. As the Director you will lead a staff of paraprofessionals through supervision, education and support.
Ideal candidate must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who can demonstrate evidence of current geriatric knowledge with work experience. 2 - 4 years’ nursing experience in senior housing/assisted living is required, along with previous nursing management experience.
