Benefits Administrator - Seattle, WA (Corporate Office)

We are currently seeking a candidate to fill a Benefits Administrator position at our corporate office! In this position, you will administer employee benefit programs, such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, disability, and more. In addition to managing our benefit portal, you will partner with payroll and external vendors to ensure benefit enrollment, deductions and file feeds are in working order. Duties include but are not limited to providing superior customer service and cultivating strong professional relationships with community teams and corporate office personnel; administer ACA reporting; conduct on-going benefit related training; drive annual open enrollment process; develop and recommend plan modifications that promote competitive practices; help to develop compensation plans and salary levels; ensure accuracy of the 401k plan by managing enrollment, employee and employer match, loans and fund distribution processes.
Qualified candidates will have previous experience administering benefits, 401k plan administration, and compensation plan design. Strong knowledge of benefits compliance and reporting requirements, enrollment processes and plan administration strongly desired. This position requires strong analytical skills, solid attention to detail, a commitment to customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work as a team player within the HR team. Experience with Premera, Benefit Focus and ADP a plus.
