The Linden at Dedham is now looking for a dynamic, service-dedicated Business Office Manager to join the team!

 As the Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for keeping accurate financial records for the community, administering the community’s benefits program, supervising the front desk staff, and assisting the General Manager with occasional administrative duties.

This position requires superior communication skills, the ability to maintain a professional attitude and provide exceptional customer service when interacting with residents, guests and staff.    This position will manage bookkeeping, payroll and benefits issues with knowledge and authority.

Successful candidates will have 3+ years in a similar role and possess excellent math and organizational skills.  Must be able to multi-task and be proficient in MS Office.   Previous supervisory experience preferred.  Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
