This position will be responsible for managing and completing a wide range of hospitality and convenience services to residents, residents’ families and caregivers. The ideal candidate will enjoy being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented community! A self-motivated, positive personality is a must, along with the ability to interact in an empathetic and professional manner with seniors, their family members and referral sources. Exceptional communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills are required. Prior experience in hotel hospitality and/or in senior services is preferred.
