Construction Project Manager - Seattle, WA
Leisure Care is now seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! If you want to further your career in the construction management field, then this is the position for you! In this role as a Construction Project Manager you will work with a fun and dynamic team in all phases of new building and remodeling projects, including predevelopment, design, construction and FF&E.
As an Owners Representative you’ll oversee of all aspects of project development and management, including site due diligence, entitlements, permitting, budgeting, scheduling, design consultant and general contractor selection and management. This role has a broad range of responsibilities, all while working for a team that is passionate about providing excellent customer service to our partners, employees and residents.
We are seeking a self-motivated, creative and flexible person able to execute multi-faceted project management tasks. Ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and maintain good relations with all levels of management, peers, retirement community employees as well as contractors and design professionals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Project is necessary. If you love to learn, have a strong background in construction management, we want to hear from you! A degree in architecture, interior design, engineering or construction management is highly preferred.
