We are currently seeking a Corporate Opal Memory Care Manager at our home office in downtown Seattle. The primary responsibilities of this role include:
Partner with the Director of Health Services to ensure our Opal Memory Care Program is addressing resident and community needs.
Ensure that our Opal Memory Care Program is in compliance with assisted living regulations specific to memory care in the states we operate and participate in building reg-compliant programs for new states as we grow.
Set goals to deliver high-quality resident care and to emphasize accountability so as to assure the Opal program runs effectively and efficiently.
Monitor performance of Opal programs in the communities and provide necessary reports, trend analysis, and strategies to the Director of Health Services.
Oversee and evolve our training program, tools, and materials that will ensure all community employees have the expertise needed to properly deliver health and wellness services while meeting all applicable state requirements.
Through a network of regional resources, make observations of individual and team performance and assess training needs at the community level. Ensure training is delivered in conjunction with Opal community goals and needs.
The Opal Memory Care Manager actively works with their department to provide Memory Care and dementia expertise to our communities to ensure the highest quality Opal memory care services for residents and families.
We are seeking a self-motivated, creative, highly-organized, personable, enthusiastic individual who is able to communicate and interact with many types of individuals, who has sound judgment, and really enjoys working with fun, innovative people. We know - that’s a lot! But we know you’re out there.
Desired candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive management experience, specific to Memory Care management, nursing, or a similar health care field. Must have experience in business planning and execution. This position requires candidates possess excellent written communication skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required, and experience with Eldermark software is strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is also preferred.
