We are currently seeking a Director of Health and Wellness RN to join our team.

This is a nursing management position responsible for the personal care services provided by the community staff to residents, the health assessment and services planning for all of the community’s residents (in AL apartments), and care coordination for residents’ health needs from vendors. This position manages a staff of paraprofessionals through supervision, education and support. The Director is a licensed nurse who provides health-related expertise for residents, families, and outside referral sources.

Ideal candidate must demonstrate evidence of current geriatric knowledge with work experience. Baccalaureate degree in health-related field recommended; nursing required, RN preferred. Experience in senior housing, assisted living preferred.    LPN part time would be a consideration as well.
