As Leisure expands on the East Coast, we are excited to be adding an East Coast Health Services RN Clinical Manager to our team!
This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to lead our East Coast health services teams to assure high quality programming, resident care, and service delivery to residents at all our communities across the eastern US.
The Health Services Clinical Manager RN will serve as the company’s divisional expert and resource to the east coast communities. You will be responsible for the development of Health and Wellness Directors, as well as providing clinical resources and expertise to the communities’ leadership teams.
Successful candidate will be a licensed RN in good standing with a Compact License enabling ability to practice in multiple states. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Must demonstrate an understanding and responsiveness to health-related concepts including disease process, medications and other related health care matters. Must have evidence of current geriatric knowledge, specifically as it pertains to seniors.
We seek someone with work experience in care programming and service delivery and is current to trends in the care management of seniors. Strong technological skills (Eldermark, Relias Learning, Excel, Word, etc) is required. Must have ability to travel (50 - 75%) to communities for site visits, consultation, training and leadership coverage. 5+ years Management experience required preferably in Assisted Living. Candidate must reside in Raleigh, SC or willingness to relocate there.
