Bella Villaggio is now seeking an experienced General Manager.

 

As the overall leader of the community, your dynamic skill set will be instrumental in leading other department heads and staff members in providing top of the line service to our residents. You will play a vital role in managing the department heads who oversee Guest Services, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Food Service, Plant Operations, and Housekeeping.  You will comply with industry regulations and legal issues; have a professional, energetic presence; stay aware of trends in the industry; and proactively drive progress.  This position will allow you to utilize your skills while making a positive impact on peoples’ lives.

 

If you are a self-motivated, results-driven, experienced business professional with exceptional skills, we want to talk to you!  Ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of management experience. Prior Assisted Living experience, seniors housing or hospitality professionals preferred. RCFE Certification required.
