Health and Wellness Nurse LPN
Essential Job Functions
The Health and Wellness Nurse will be responsible for medication management, follow up with prescriptions, pharmacy and third party vendors in relation to personal resident care. This position will oversee personal care along with the CNA, and will manage resident care confidential files.
Your dynamic leadership combined with superior communication skills, a high degree of empathy, compassion, and the ability to promote a healthy lifestyle will be instrumental. At least two years of assisted living experience along with medication management experience is strongly preferred. A current certification as a licensed practical nurse is required plus the ability to demonstrate evidence of current geriatric knowledge, dementia care, and state regulations.
We are currently seeking an LPN looking for an innovative schedule that balances work and family! We will work with you to schedule your availability to work a rotating shift schedule to accommodate part time needs on evening and overnight shifts during the week or weekend.
