We are excited to be seeking a Health Services Clinical Manager for our team!

This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to lead our Health Services Teams to assure high quality programming, resident care, and service delivery to residents at our communities while supporting the Health and Wellness Team. This is inclusive of Opal Memory as requested.

The Health Services Clinical Manager will serve as the company’s divisional expert and resource to the communities. You will be responsible for the development of Health and Wellness Directors, as well as providing clinical resources and expertise to the communities’ leadership teams.  This position collaborates with the company’s Health Services team, Compliance Director, Operations Leaders, community Health and Wellness Directors, and General Managers to implement and manage Assisted Living services.

Successful candidate will be a licensed RN/LVN/LPN in good standing with a Compact License enabling ability to practice in multiple states. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Must demonstrate an understanding and responsiveness to health-related concepts including disease process, medications and other related health care matters. Must have evidence of current geriatric knowledge, specifically as it pertains to seniors.

We seek someone with work experience in care programming and service delivery and is current to trends in the care management of seniors. Strong technological skills (must be fluent in Eldermark, Relias Learning, Excel, Word, etc) is required. Must have ability to travel (50 – 75%) to communities for site visits, consultation, training and leadership coverage. 2 years Management experience required preferably in Assisted Living.
