What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a part-time driver able to work 2 to 3 days a week (primarily weekdays). The 2 vehicles (Ford Flex & Ford Shuttle Bus) that are used do not need a commercial driver's license. Shifts will vary but will normally be no earlier than 8am & no later than 5pm. No late nights! You will be primarily driving residents to medical appts and/or on scenic drives and excursions such as the Tulip Festival and out to restaurants and museums. There is always opportunity for advancement and growth to other positions, hours & days. We have a great team and we are excited to see it strengthen and grow!

Essential Job Functions:  

The Driver is responsible for the transportation of residents and guests in company vehicles and for assisting residents and guests in and out of vehicles.

  • At least two years of professional driving/customer service experience preferred.
  • Five years’ driving experience
  • A clean driving record.
  • Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
  • Will also provide general maintenance.
