The Concierge is responsible for managing and completing a wide range of hospitality and convenience services to residents, residents’ families, and caregivers.  Actively participates with the community’s management team in developing plans for hospitality services.  The Concierge will play an active role in community functions by assisting in the planning, set up and delivery of service to residents.

Ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to develop a network of providers and services.   Will display excellent customer service and communication skills.  Demonstrated experience working with seniors.  Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and internet skills.  Must demonstrate a warm, engaging and patient manner.
