Essential Job Functions

As the overall leader of the community, your dynamic skill set will be instrumental in leading other department heads and staff members in providing top of the line service to our residents. You will play a vital role in leading the department heads who oversee Guest Services, Food Service, Plant Operations, and Housekeeping, assisted living and memory care services. You will comply with industry regulations and legal issues; have a professional, energetic presence; stay aware of trends in the industry; and proactively drive progress.

This position will allow you to utilize your skills while making a positive impact on peoples’ lives. If you are a self-motivated, results-driven, experienced business professional with exceptional leadership skills, we want to talk to you!

Successful candidate will possess experience in food & beverage, sales, and general hospitality experience. The ability to run multiple departments and engage and entertain our residents as the face of the community is a MUST! One year of healthcare related experience is a plus! At least 5 years of proven leadership experience required.
