Murano Senior Living is a Senior Housing community managed by Leisure Care, a local company with 40 years’ experience leading the senior housing industry.

We are now seeking a Memory Care Manager to join our team! If you want to break out of the traditional mold and experience a refreshing environment join us at The Murano!

This management role will be responsible for the personal care services provided by the community staff to memory care residents, the health assessment and service planning for community’s memory care residents, and care coordination for residents’ health needs from vendors.

As the Memory Care Manager, you will responsible for the design and implementation of a recreation therapy program that supports and enhances resident care. You will lead a staff of paraprofessionals through supervision, education, and support. You will provide dementia care expertise for residents, families, and outside referral sources.

Successful candidates will possess superior leadership and communication skills, a high degree of professionalism and experience working with memory impaired residents. 3 - 5 years’ experience in senior health management working in Memory Care is preferred. The ability to demonstrate evidence of current knowledge of dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease is needed. Working knowledge of Washington Administrative Code regulations is also necessary. An LPN license is required. Strong assessment skills are required.
