We are now seeking a Memory Care Manager to join our team! If you want to break out of the traditional mold and experience a refreshing environment join us at Russellville Park!
This management role will be responsible for the personal care services provided by the community staff to memory care residents, the health assessment and service planning for community’s memory care residents, and care coordination for residents’ health needs from vendors.
As the Memory Care Manager you will lead a staff of paraprofessionals through supervision, education, and support. You will provide dementia care expertise for residents, families, and outside referral sources.
Successful candidates will possess superior leadership and communication skills, a high degree of professionalism and 2 - 3 years' experience working with memory impaired residents is required. Experience in senior health management preferred. The ability to demonstrate evidence of current knowledge of dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease and state regulations are also necessary. ALF/RCF licensure preferred. LPN preferred.
