New Business Coordinator-Seattle, WA (Corporate Office)

We are currently seeking a New Business Coordinator to join the market research and new business team at our corporate office in downtown Seattle. (No industry experience necessary, we’ll teach you everything you need to know about senior housing.) As the New Business Coordinator, you will support the company’s market research and new business efforts. While primarily responsible for the coordination, implementation and analysis of market research initiatives, this position will also play a key role in the management of checklists and calendars related to new community acquisitions and developments. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a steady work environment, where day-to-day tasks and workload are consistent.  Key functions of the job include:


  • Conduct preliminary market assessments for new business opportunities.

  • Gather market and industry data as needed through research, secret shopping, etc.

  • Assist with various marketing and sales initiatives for opening communities.

  • Prepare and distribute reports, trends and other information to corporate staff andbusiness partners.

  • Act as the project management system expert and track projects through close.

  • Maintain checklists and calendars for new acquisitions and developments.

  • Create and maintain organized electronic files.


The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for contributing to and supporting a team, have strong organizational skills, possess a keen eye for detail, require minimal oversight, have strong writing and proofreading skills, and enjoy a fun yet professional work environment.


No degree or specific work experience is required for this position, however a college degree is preferred and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite software is required.
