We are now looking for a dynamic, service-dedicated Opal Memory Care Manager to join our team.
As the Memory Care Manager you will be responsible for the personal care services provided by the community staff to memory care residents, the health assessment and service planning for the memory care residents, and care coordination for residents’ health needs from vendors.
You will design and implement recreation therapy programs that supports and enhances resident care. You will lead a staff of paraprofessionals through supervision, education, and support.
Successful candidates will possess superior leadership and communication skills, a high degree of professionalism and experience working with memory impaired residents. A background in senior health management is recommended and two years’ experience relevant to memory care is required. The ability to demonstrate evidence of current knowledge of state regulations is also necessary.
