Payroll Assistant | Data Entry TEMP 6 MONTHS

We are currently seeking a temporary Payroll Assistant / Data Entry at our Corporate Office. As the Payroll Assistant / Data Entry you will assist with full cycle processing of multi-state payroll. This includes data entry, audits and providing excellent customer service to the company’s communities.
This position is a 6 month temporary position.
You will process daily pay data into the payroll system including the processing of separation forms and the issuance of manual checks according to state regulations for all US locations. You will process new hire paperwork into the payroll system and conduct payroll processing.
Successful candidates will have 2 years’ administrative payroll experience. Associates or Bachelors’ degree is preferred. Must have excellent working knowledge of Windows OS, Apple iOS mobile devices and Microsoft Office. Must have excellent data entry skills and detail oriented.
