Plant Operations Assistant | Maintenance Assistant
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an energetic and driven Plant Operations Assistant who is good with general handyman tasks and painting, and willing to learn a few maintenance tricks. This is an excellent opportunity to learn some important skills and really grow in the position. This position is full time Tue-Sat 9a-5p. Essential Job Functions
The Plant Operations Assistant supports and assists the Plant Supervisor in plant operations needs. The ideal candidates will have experience in a similar position. Organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize is a must. HVAC certification is a plus. Experience working with seniors and various state and local agencies for inspections is preferred.
- Provides interior maintenance of the community as defined by company standards.
- Provides exterior maintenance of the community including groundskeeping.
- Assists in janitorial tasks as well as painting apartments and common areas.
- Assists in all phases of maintenance pertaining to resident apartments and common areas of the community.

For Full-Time this position offers:
