We are seeking a Plant Operations Maintenance Supervisor who is very team and customer service oriented. If you want to break out of the traditional mold and experience a refreshing environment, join us at Fairwinds Spokane!

The Plant Operations Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overall plant operations including interior and exterior maintenance including grounds-keeping.

  • Tracks all expenditures of the department and maintains a written record of all work accomplished.
  • Assists in coordination of community events.
  • Supervises and trains all Plant Operations employees.
  • Works as part of the management team.
  • Responsible for department budget.
  • Coordinates scheduled service from outside vendors for all mechanical systems.
  • Maintains all records pertaining to fire inspections, and all other inspections pertaining to the licensure of the community. 

 A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role is required.  Experience working with seniors is a plus!   Experience working with various state/local agencies for inspections is preferred.
