Restaurant Manager | Server
Essential Job Functions
The Restaurant Manager/Server is responsible for the entire restaurant and bar operation including training of service staff, the organization and cleanliness through the entire food service operation. Promotes resident satisfaction through understanding their preferences. Works with professionalism and has knowledge of basic food offerings and menu content. Trains and develops staff for growth and opportunity to meet the demand of qualified employees needed for continued company success.
- Strong restaurant experience.
- Ability to set goals and accomplish them in a timely manner.
- Supervised and practices, "meet, seat and greet" protocol while using resident and guest names.
- Trains, directs and schedules food servers
- Exceptional customer service-ability to build relationships with residents
- Teaches and promotes the philosophy of 'the dining services promise'.
- Handles full table section with all other duties and assignments.
- Recognizes performance issues and provides staff corrective solutions.
- Understands and adapts to the needs of "service sequence."
