Murano Senior Living is now seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team!
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the entire restaurant operation including training of service staff, the organization and cleanliness throughout the entire food service operation. In this position you will provide high service standards that assures residents, guests, and family members’ satisfaction including special events. This position will meet all company policies and procedures. Responsible for all department expenses with-in the budgeted guidelines. The Restaurant Manager will ensure resident satisfaction through understanding their preferences. You will train and develop staff for growth and opportunity.
Minimum five (5) years of full table service experience. Minimum two (2) years prior supervisory experience required. Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and employee performance evaluations. ServSafe Certification or equivalent as required by state regulation.
