The Village at Unity is a Senior Living community managed by Leisure Care, a leader in the senior housing industry for over 40 years! And we are now looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team!
As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the entire restaurant operation and provide high service standards that assures residents, guests, and family members’ satisfaction. You will also manage expenses within the budgeted guidelines. Must have ability to cook, serve, supervise, purchase and schedule staff.
Our most successful candidates will have 5 years’ full table service experience. Must be proficient in both the front and back of the house. Basic computer skills (including Microsoft Office) as well as ability to operate POS system is required.
Experience with interviewing, hiring, training, and employee performance evaluations desired.
This position is full time and includes a comprehensive benefit package! Hours include days/evening (including weekends) - NO late nights!!
