Sales and Move In Coordinator
Essential Job Functions
The Sales and Move-In Coordinator will create a smooth transition from the sales decision to a successful residency in the community.
- Coordinate moving services.
- Drive the sales process by conducting tours, delivering exceptional follow-up and generating move-ins.
- May work with a real estate agent to assist with the sale of a home.
- Assist with changing address, canceling telephone and other services, notifying doctors and others of a new address, etc.
- Work with new residents to complete all required paperwork upon move-in.
Ideal candidates will have a passion for sales and a unique understanding of enriching people’s lives through hospitality services. Experience in the senior industry is not as important as the ability to sell lifestyle.
