Senior Financial Analyst - Seattle, WA (Corporate Office)

We are currently seeking a candidate to fill a Senior Financial Analyst position at our corporate office! The Senior Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for leading the annual operating and capital expense budget process for more than 50 retirement communities.  The position also manages online systems used to track mortgage debt portfolio and real estate taxes. This is a leadership position in our company. Qualified candidates will be comfortable interfacing with staff at all levels in the organization to lead a multi-entity budget process and have a track record of continuous quality improvement in system processes.

 

Qualified candidates will have 5 years of progressive business experience in a similar role.  Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or equivalent education/experience required.  Must have advanced Excel skills.  Great written and verbal communication skills will also be necessary.
