Sous Chef - Denver, CO

We are now looking for both a full time and part time Sous Chef with experience in the restaurant industry. We don’t just want someone that can cook, but also has a vision for five-star fun! We are redefining the retirement industry!
You will play a vital role in the community by supporting the Chef with kitchen operations. This position will assist with training and leading staff members to provide consistent top of the line dining experiences and high quality, appealing meals for our residents. Your dynamic leadership combined with superior communication skills, a high degree of professionalism and team leadership will be instrumental.
Must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a comparable position. Experience working with a POS system as a back- and front-of-house management/service tool a plus.
