Tech Support Analyst - Seattle, WA (Corporate Office)

Leisure Care’s Corporate Office is looking for a fabulous entry level Tech Support Analyst who shares our vision of Five Star Fun! Leisure Care is a Seattle based firm hiring for the position of IT Tech Support Analyst to support the systems and infrastructure of over 800 end users and client devices. The IT Tech Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. They respond to general IT related questions, perform specified preventative maintenance tasks, and access and escalate higher level requests as required.  Regular activities include logging support tickets and configuring new equipment for deployment. One year of tech support experience and a degree in a technical field or equivalent certifications is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

Primary focus is on fielding support call and creating trouble tickets as well as troubleshooting hardware and software configuration issues.

Other Duties:

  • Maintain documentation and training materials relating to IT systems and applications.

  • Image and deploy desktop and laptop workstations

  • Assist with end-user training on new and upgraded

  • General helpdesk and PC support

  • Managing printers and devices

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the IT Director  

 

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Desktop hardware proficiency (Workstations, printers, Scanners, etc.)

  • Windows XP, 7, 8 and 10

  • Apple iOS (Mobile devices)

  • Basic network infrastructure

  • Experience imaging, configuring, deploying and troubleshooting Windows workstations

  • Experience in supporting desktop applications software, including the MS Office suite

  • Clear and patient communication skills with non-technical users

  • Ability to work in a growing multi project environment while keeping professionalism and communications paramount.

  • Work as part of a team with differing levels of abilities and experience while maintaining a true team atmosphere and vision
